The UKHK initiative is working with the charity Welcome Churches to train Churches to be ‘Hong Kong Ready’. Follow this link to read more about this initiative to welcome people from Hong Kong.
The training will be led by experts in Hong Kong culture, to help UK churches provide a good welcome to the estimated 100,000 Hong Kongers expected to migrate to the UK this year.
Churches can get involved by signing up on the UKHK website.
People arriving from Hong Kong will also be able to use this site to see Churches near them. It would be great if more Churches in Stepney could be on the map.
There are many wonderful communities within Tower Hamlets, Hackney, and Islington, therefore we encourage your Church to take part in this great initiative, providing community and sharing the love of Christ.
