Parishes often ask ‘What can I do to engage?’ It’s a question we can easily shy away from to avoid the tick box nature of how some perceive ‘actions’ since racial justice is about love. Demonstrating a love for each other that is limitless and engages with the all encompassing biblical version of love that allows for mutual flourishing.

Below is a 10-point action plan to help you on your way; it is a tool to be used to facilitate planning of local actions within parishes. It’s not a race to the finish line but more of an education piece where you might choose to only focus on 2 or 3 actions per year to really embrace, engage, and embed any resulting changes as a result of these activities. The key thing is about making justice a reality within your own local context.
